The minimum age to register and play at we1wn is 18 years old. Age verification is carried out during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which requires a copy of a valid identity document. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and any remaining balance will be returned to the rightful owner.

For the KYC process, you will need to provide a clear photo of your MyKad or passport (front and back for MyKad), along with a selfie holding the document in good lighting. Ensure all information on the document is clearly legible with no parts obscured. The review process is typically completed within 2 to 4 hours on business days.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at we1wn. This is part of our commitment to fair and responsible gaming. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. Deposits & Payments

we1wn supports all major Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no additional fees charged on deposits. Processing time is near-instant for all listed methods.

The minimum deposit at we1wn is RM 10 — low enough for players who want to try the platform without a major commitment. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level. VIP players enjoy higher deposit limits. Under normal circumstances, deposits are processed instantly. DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes after approval. FPX and other e-wallet withdrawals take 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on request time and system load. Withdrawals requested late at night may be processed in the early hours of the following morning. VIP players enjoy priority withdrawal processing.

The minimum withdrawal at we1wn is RM 30. Daily maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and KYC status. No. For security and fraud prevention, all withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your we1wn account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. This is a standard policy that protects the security of your funds.

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first qualifying deposit. No promo code is needed — the bonus is activated automatically for all new members. The rollover requirement means you need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if a RM 100 bonus has a 10x rollover requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM 1,000 using that bonus.
