We1wn Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the we1wn platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the we1wn brand. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and we1wn ("Platform", "us").

By accessing, registering or using any part of the we1wn platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms stated herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this document by reference.

We1wn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform and updated with the latest effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use we1wn services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual legally permitted to use this platform
• Does not appear on any prohibited individuals list maintained by relevant authorities
• Has never had an account banned or suspended by we1wn previously
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party

We1wn reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where there is doubt about a user's eligibility, we1wn may suspend the account while verification is carried out. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.

3. Account Registration & KYC Process

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at we1wn. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different information or different devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. we1wn is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of a valid MyKad or passport
• A verification selfie holding your identity document
• Proof of payment method ownership (if applicable)
• Proof of current address (if required for further verification)

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

We1wn offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the stated wagering requirements
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means a RM 50 bonus must generate RM 500 in total wagering)
• Only wagering on eligible games counts toward the wagering requirement — certain games may be excluded or contribute at a different rate
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may only be used by the account holder who received them

7. Prohibited Conduct

We1wn users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's information to register
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to play or interact with the platform
• Manipulating games through coordination with other players (collusion) in multiplayer games
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorized advantage
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions with no genuine intent to play (money laundering)
• Providing false or misleading information during the KYC or verification process
• Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through unintended methods

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

We1wn reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Reporting fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Upon request by the relevant authority or law enforcement body
• 12 consecutive months of inactivity (inactive account)

We1wn users may also close their own account at any time by contacting we1wn customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation and verification process.

For inactive accounts exceeding 12 months, a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 or the account balance (whichever is lower) may be charged. Users will be notified before this charge takes effect.

9. Liability Limits & Disclaimer

We1wn provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability of the platform.

We1wn is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures or internet connection issues beyond our control
• Game outcomes that do not satisfy the user — all outcomes are final based on a certified RNG system
• Indirect, special or consequential losses under any circumstances
• Actions by a third party who accesses your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials

We1wn's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms

We1wn reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated.

For significant changes that affect user rights, we1wn will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, via your registered email or in-platform notification.
